No nominee shall be considered without having submitted the Consent of ONA Member to be Nominated and to Serve if Elected PETITION FORM.

DEADLINE: To have your candidate profile published in the Convention ONR, the above consent to serve must be submitted on or before July 11, 2025. 

*The consent to serve can still be submitted after the July 11, 2025 deadline in order to run for office, but your information will not be published in the Convention ONR. Any questions can be submitted to the Elections Committee at Elections-Committee@ohnurses.org
