Learning outcome: The learner will have an increased knowledge of key provisions of Ohio Nurse Practice Act and Ohio nursing law/rules related to delegation by passing a post test with a score of 80% or higher.
Criteria for successful completion: watch the presentation, complete the post-test with a minimum of an 80%, submission of an evaluation form to earn 1.0 contact hour.
