This activity is presented by James Humphreys, Organizer, Ohio Nurses Association
James has spent the last 15 years as an external union organizer. External organizers help workers through the process of organizing their workplace into a union. This includes training, education of the process, having conversations with workers, a surprising amount of math, helping workers deal with labor law, and a love of social justice.
James has organized workers from a variety of fields from nurses and teachers to steel workers and janitors.
