Freedom a la Cart is a non-profit social enterprise located in Columbus that works to empower survivors of sex trafficking and exploitation to build lives of freedom and self-sufficiency. How to Get Involved:
We have LOTS of opportunities to get involved with at Freedom, and we’d love to pair you with a volunteer opportunity that matches your talents and interests! Current volunteer opportunities include working in the kitchen, assisting our organization with our annual fundraiser, Eat Up Columbus, and walking alongside a woman within our programs through GED or personal mentorship. If you're interested in getting involved, please reach out to us at volunteer@freedomalacart.org; or visit https://freedomalacart.org/engage/
One specific new initiative Freedom a la Cart has implemented within the past year is our Street Outreach Program, reaching out to those at-risk of being sex trafficked on the streets of Columbus. We are currently in need of tangible donations of items to go within each of our outreach bags. See our Amazon wishlist here for items we're in search of!
